TempDrive is a trading name of TempDrive Insurance Services Ltd, registered in England and Wales. We are the data controller for information collected through this website.
What we collect
We collect information you provide when requesting a quote (vehicle registration, driver details, address, DOB) and automatically via cookies (device info, page analytics). Vehicle data is retrieved from the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service using the registration number you supply.
How we use it
To produce a quote, underwrite your policy, issue documents, process payment, and meet our regulatory obligations to the FCA and the Motor Insurance Database (MID).
Who we share with
Underwriters (ERS), payment processors, the MID, fraud-prevention databases, and regulators where required. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Your rights
