About these terms
These terms describe the service we provide and the basis on which we act for you. By requesting a quote you agree to these terms.
Our service
We act as an insurance intermediary for short-term motor policies underwritten by ERS. We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA firm reference 412345).
Your duty of disclosure
You must answer all questions honestly and to the best of your knowledge. Misrepresentation may result in your policy being voided and claims declined.
Cancellation
You have a 14-day cooling-off period. After that, short-term policies are non-refundable unless required by law.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, contact complaints@temp-drive.uk. If we cannot resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
